Todd interviews Richard Adamson, head brewer from Barons Brewing in our lucky 8th episode covering the 88 Balls Belgian Lager. Co-created with one of Belgium’s master brewers, this beer aims to carve a niche as a pure, clean and easy drinking summer brew.
Sounds like a good mix. Did he say “Black Wattle seed”? The urge to try that brew (unlikely to be available over here?
) vies with the urge to quote the “Bruces” sketch … Think I’ll hold off on the sketch quote until I’m sure I can’t get the brew.
